EV Buyer can be browsed without creating an account. The site does not require a login, payment profile, or personal vehicle profile to view EV data, guides, rankings, comparisons, or tools.

Shortlist and saved-comparison features use local browser storage. That information stays in your browser unless you clear it, change browsers, or share a URL that contains selected vehicles.

EV Buyer does not currently run analytics, and no analytics script is loaded on any page. If privacy-conscious analytics are added later, they would measure pageviews, popular landing pages, and clicks on research actions in aggregate, without requiring account registration. This page will be updated before that happens.

EV Buyer does not serve ads today. When advertising is enabled on this site, Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Ads are not intended to appear inside tools, navigation, or controls where accidental clicks are likely.

Third-party vendors and ad networks other than Google may also use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site. You may opt out of personalized advertising from participating vendors through the Digital Advertising Alliance's consumer choice page.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent choice before any personalized ads are served, and that choice can be changed at any time. Declining personalized ads does not remove advertising; it limits the data used to select which ads appear.

Pages may link to automakers, government resources, charging networks, or other third-party websites. Those websites are not controlled by EV Buyer and may follow different privacy practices.
